Director's service address
Use our Director’s Service address facility and keep your personal details from being displayed on public record.
From 1 October 2009 the Companies Act 2006 requires Directors to provide a service address to Companies House that will appear on the public record. However this does not have to be their usual residential address.
This is an opportunity for company directors, secretaries and shareholders to keep their personal addresses off the public record, thus reducing the volume of junk mail received and the possibility of threats and abuse for those who may work in “sensitive” industries.
Antrobus offers a service address facility for company officers and shareholders of business entities that are registered with Companies House from just £39 per year.
Companies House will still want to know the personal addresses of any directors, but will make sure that this information is not publicly available.
All official documents received at the service address are forwarded to your private designated address or kept at Antrobus House for collection.

There are several different options to choose from in terms of managing your mail for both of these services. Please note that the charges for having a Directors' service address or Company Registered Address at Antrobus House includes the cost of onward mailing as long as this is not to be used as a general mailing address for correspondence. Antrobus House Business Centre provides a separate Mail and Telephone Accommodation service for this purpose.
