Need a meeting room away from your office?

Conference room hire costs:

£120.00+VAT per day
£60.00+VAT
per half day
£15.00+VAT
per hour

Discounts are available for regular or block bookings.

 

 

To take the hassle out of planning your event we will provide the following services, included in the cost of hiring the room, along with a full reception service to greet your guests.
  • Projector for presentations
  • Overhead projector for transparencies
  • Wireless broadband access
  • Refreshments - filtered water (free), soft drinks, tea and coffee (at an additional £2.50 per guest)

We can arrange sandwiches and/or nibbles to be served to you and your delegates (at additional cost).

We do ask that if you wish to cancel your booking you give us 48 hours in order to guarantee a refund.
