We also offer fully licensed office space to small businesses, virtual offices, conference room facilities as well as payroll and accountancy services.
Many of our clients come to Antrobus House initially for a piece of photocopying and end up running their business from one of our licensed offices.

Licensed Offices
You could be in business in the heart of Petersfield, with minimal capital outlay, no legal fees, no long-term commitment and no employment problems. Antrobus House Business Centre can provide you with fully furnished and serviced office accommodation in our Grade II listed building, close to rail and road links with London and the South Coast, 25 miles from Southampton Airport and 50 miles from Gatwick and Heathrow.
We can put at your disposal the kind of services and facilities you would expect from a large organisation, without placing undue demands on your capital - leaving you free to concentrate your efforts and resources on developing your own business. For start-up companies there is the added benefit of having Antrobus Accountants on site to assist you with the setting up of your business.
As part of your licensed agreement we provide full reception facilities during normal office hours (09h00 - 17h30) with a waiting area for visitors, mail franking and collection service, shower facilities and tea & coffee making facilities. For an additional cost we can provide on-site parking (there is extensive public parking close by) and telephone and fax services.

Virtual Offices
Mail forwarding - have your mail forwarded anywhere in the world, or scanned and emailed to you.
Mail accommodation - use our Antrobus House Business Centre address on your company stationery, including business cards, letterhead, website, compliment slips and advertising. We provide you with a secure pigeon hole for your mail and can either forward it to you or you can collect from us during office hours
Telephone answering - have your incoming calls physically answered in your company name by our experienced staff. We are able to transfer calls through to any UK / International landline or mobile, or take messages for you.

Conference Room
Our large conference room (20ft x 15ft) is a light and attractive room which can hold up to a dozen people. We can arrange the room to match your business requirements.
To take the hassle out of planning your event we provide the following services, included in the cost of hiring the room, along with a full reception service to greet your guests.
- Projector for presentations
- Overhead projector for transparencies
- Wireless broadband access
- Refreshments - filtered water, soft drinks, tea and coffee (at an additional £2.50 per guest)
Should you wish, we will arrange a delivery of sandwiches and/or nibbles to be served to you and your delegates (at additional cost).
We do ask that if you wish to cancel your booking you give us 48 hours in order to guarantee a refund.
Costs for hiring the conference room are as follows:
£120.00 VAT per day
£60.00 VAT per half day
£15.00 VAT per hour

The Team

Amanda ensures that all Mail Accommodation clients receive the best possible service, including scanning & emailing incoming mail to overseas clients. All your mail needs can be accommodated, including DX, mail franking & postage for letters, packages and registered mail, saving you the inconvenience of long queues elsewhere.
Whatever your secretarial needs might be, including typing, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, faxing or emailing, please come and in and the team would be more than happy to assist you.
Alex Kirby, Shirley Le Warne and Sarah Cogman are all available as an additional resource within the Business Centre. They bring a combination of skills to the team, including the more complex requirements such as mail merges and Power point presentations.
